Dr. Kozar is a wonderful and caring doctor.

Dr. Rogers is one of the most informative and compassionate doctors I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients and wants what is best for them.

I have seen Dr. Kozar and Dr. Hardin several times over the past few years for both acute and chronic issues, as well as a few of the other doctors when the two are unavailable. I have been very pleased with my care and treatments. Both Hardin and Kozar are excellent at osteopathic manipulative medicine and Dr. Kozar excels at difficult to treat or solve physical complaints. Every physician I have seen there really takes their time with you, listening and conducting thorough exams. I have recommended them to many people and have heard nothing but good things back from those that have been.

I am currently seeing Dr. Kozar for Achilles tendinitis. He has been wonderful to work with- very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time each visit. He looked at other contributors to my problem – not just running. He told me I had to be patient as it is a long healing process. About 3 months in and I am slowly making progress. Hoping for a complete recovery!

Outstanding and caring Dr. and staff. I went for my low back injury not sports related. Dr. Kozar spends time with you, listens, explains things where you can understand the problem. He doesn’t give up on you and your injury or problem. Besides manipulations and injections he specializes in Prolotherapy which is amazing.
