Dr. Kozar specializes in Osteopathic Sports and and Regenerative Medicine with over 20 years of experience. He focuses on non-surgical treatment of painful musculoskeletal conditions through the use of a wide range of non-operative modalities, some of which include: Osteopathic Manipulation, Prolotherapy, PRP injections, Bone Marrow & Fat aspirate injections, Diagnostic & Guided Ultrasound Interventions, nerve and tendon hydrodissection and Functional Rehabilitation. Dr. Kozar has been recognized for this outstanding work through awards such as Fellow Awards from the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Rogers specializes in Osteopathic Sports and Regenerative Medicine, joint injections and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections. He enjoys serving his patients, teaching the next generation of osteopathic physicians and loves having the opportunity to work with high-level athletes in the region.
